That’s right. I said it. Period.

Cash gifting is a simple concept that many people resonate with. Most people coming online to learn how to generate extra cash flow really resonate well with gifting activities. But watch out! It’s not legitimate and most gifting activities are structured illegally. Why even risk it when there are so many legitimate home based business models to build?

As a matter of fact, private cash gifting has been a multiple six figure activity this year to COUNTLESS people, but I know for A FACT that after June 2008… most gifters started feeling  a piercing pain in the middle of their back…

Who would kill the fast paced momentum of such a simple and effective concept?

Short answer: Your gifting activity system creators. Period.

Either they are woefully incompetent… utterly stupid… or COMPLETELY blinded by the fast buck of admin fees… Other than that, it is COMPLETELY amazing to most experienced gifters that the creators of gifting activity web sites would be so stupid.

What am I talking about?

Well in January 2008 TOCS (The Overnight Cash System) was the fastest, automated, internet based cash gifting activity around. And times were REALLY great for them.

People sick and tired of just promoting “biz ops” and hustling vitamins, lotions, potions and other meaningless and worthless products… flocked to gifting activities and they LOVED it. They have been finding out slowly but surely though, that when you break it down, Cash Gifting is “promoted” and “marketing” is taught which is soliciting. Soliciting a cash gifting program is risky and not worth the energy. You can potentially get in trouble.

TOCS had a minimum gifting level of $500 and the average gift coming in was $1,000- $2500 according to member sources.

Now, doing a little promotion and sharing the concept online, and receiving package after package filled with $1,000 in hundred dollar bills is REALLY FUN for most gifters, right?

And people were excited. NOBODY was complaining. Cash Gifting EXPLODED.

For lack of better words, the “market” for cash gifting activities was really happy and many people had NO PROBLEM joining private gifting activities at the $1,000 or higher levels and that is EXACTLY what motivated them to join.

Fast forward to June 2008. Everything is going great for those cash gifters. And out of NOWHERE… some very ignorant and greedy decisions were made… Cash Gifting in the “mainstream” now is a COMPLETE JOKE! And risky. It is easy to argue that the activity itself and the websites and all the talk of promoting and “marketing” it makes it illegal. Easy to argue in a court of law where 12 people in a box make the ultimate decision.

ANYONE… ANY kid that learns some basic marketing skills can make a lot of money online. And many do every day. And with that it’s become VERY cheap to hire programmers and web designers to create systems.

So somebody had the “great” idea of creating their own gifting activity web site and replicating it.

The community of cash gifting was seemingly happy at the higher levels. But these new system creators were very shortsighted and decided that the ONLY way to “compete” was to create a lower entry level gifting program.

Down to $100. And lower admin fees.

Everything seemed great on the surface. “Wow, now even the little guy can win with gifting…”

What really happened is that they SLAUGHTERED CASH GIFTING. Period. And it’s true risky nature emerged.

EVERYONE now and their brother creates their own gifting programs. And now that they’re all attracting the lowest common denominator… people with money problems and skepticism and doubt… and no true desire to really succeed… and with little vision and small goals… It’s just NOT worth it for people with any common sense to be involved in gifting anymore.

You will spend the same time and money marketing to attract cash gifters and risking legal problems, as you would applying fundamental marketing skills to promote very legitimate home based business opportunities and products.

WHY WOULD ANYONE STILL CHOOSE TO PROMOTE  CASH GIFTING??

Simple. Greed and need for fast money.

TRUST me, experienced marketers have already pretty much bailed out on gifting.

It’s just not worth it to them.

I would NOT recommend gifting at all…

I learned an important lesson in 2008 about Cash Gifting.

When you get into cash gifting, which I enjoyed and believe it to be a very simple concept that helps thousands of people to actual put some cash in their pockets without the usual hassles of other home based “opportunities…” UNTIL I LEARNED MORE ABOUT IT…

But there is a BIG mistake you need to avoid…

Simply…

Make up your mind… do you really want to risk the potential downsides if this stuff is PERCEIVED to be illegal just to make some short term cash?

Either way you go is totally up to you. I don’t bash. I’m not a hater. But I do use common sense and this just doesn’t make sense to me! Cash Gifting is just not making sense in any way, shape or form.

Nowadays, creators of gifting programs offer EVERYTHING in the same activity and that’s either on of two things:

1. IGNORANT

2. Greedy & Sneaky

Ignorant because we in the activities have told them again and again that if you introduce the VERY low gifting levels… people will be diluted to start at only the lower levels. And the numbers showed me that people who start low RARELY upgrade.

But the creators really don’t mind. They are not affected by this. All they collect is the admin fee anyway so it doesn’t matter which level anyone comes in at…

Which leads to thinking that they are being really sneaky to their own members… By doing this on purpose you find out THEY CARE ABOUT VOLUME… while you may care about QUALITY.

It takes the same effort and time in promotion to generate a $150 gift as it does to generate a $2000 gift.

IN ANY PROGRAM even outside of cash gifting. I’ve promoted them all and this principle stays consistent.

So here’s the bottom line.

What you choose to do with your life is up to you. Cash gifting is totally up to you. I’m just warning you away from it. I’ve seen it. Inside and outside and it just does not make sense. There are TONS of ways you can make money from home without taking on some perceived risk or stygma…

Your choice. It’s your effort.

The other angle they are promoting is the focus on support, helping their “teammates”, teaching and training. It’s an aspect missing from most 1up style gifting activities where everyone is “out for their own”…

The 1up structure has many positive attributes to people but on the not so positive, it has fostered a culture where many leaders have not been motivated to really help their fellow members… Many insider’s say there was no clear incentive to do so, as some thought of it as mearly “training the competition…”

It’s NOT a 1up at all. No pass ups ever. New members will be ready to receive cash gifts as soon as they get started and invite people to review the activity.

And their sponsor will NEVER lose their frontline like you lose your most quality team mates in the 1up structure… Here, EACH and EVERY time ANY  frontline gifting members generate a gift… the inviters also receive a portion of it.

Instead of a new member sending ONE gift… they send TWO gifts to enroll and to upgrade…

hmmmm… red flag?

The direct inviter receives the majority of the initial gift… while the inviter’s sponsor  will receive a RESIDUAL gift as well…

Each and EVERY time. Even on upgrades…

They say this system fosters teamwork… leaders now will be highly motivated to teach their new members EVERYTHING they need to know to get off to the fastest start…

Cash gifting programs quickly trying to replacing multi-level marketing programs on the internet. Is the truth about multi-level marketing programs finally out. Are they are just hyped up programs that often do not deliver what they promise. Any person who has participated in a multi-level marketing plan will be able to tell you the truth about what it really is.

Multi-level marketing plans will require you to pay a fee to be a part of their plan. In exchange for the fee that you pay every month, you will be given a product that you must sell. This product is often something that no one really wants and very few people will want to buy WITHOUT the compensation plan attached to it.

The sole purpose of anyone getting involved in business is to make money and the same is true for those joining MLM programs. Or is it? Looking back at the MLM programs that have been launched so far, the product that you will be required to sell is nothing more than a way to get you to pay your money every single month to the MLM program.

Once you join, you are completely responsible to promote and sell the product in order to receive any money. If you get anyone to buy the product like you did, you will receive a certain amount of money and so will the people you get to join the program. Also receiving money from your efforts are the people ahead in the hierarchy.

Now, you must get the people that you signed up to get even more people to sign up. If your signups fail to sell anything you will not make any more money.

Once a signup loses their motivation to sell, they may quit the program and then you will not receive any amount from their monthly fees. This is why you must keep working to keep up your motivation and theirs. You must continue to promote the product and get others to continue selling the products. This can be extremely difficult when the product involves is something that no one wants or needs.

Does this sound bad to you? That is the reason why over ninety seven percent of all people in multi-level marketing programs will fail within six months. The people who are at the top of these programs are the only ones who are making any substantial amount of money through the efforts of those below them in the hierarchy.

With cash gifting, is it much simpler and easier to follow? You give your gift of cash and you receive cash back. It seems simple and you don’t need to sell any products. You will never need to motivate the people under you to continue to sell the product because there is no one beneath you.

Supposedly, a cash gifting program is based on the principle of reaping what you sow. You will also be part of a mentoring program where you will receive guidance to help you with your cash gifting success. What cash gifting people say makes cash gifting programs fool-proof is that you will be promoting the gift of cash and everyone will want that.

But is “promoting” cash gifting then making it illegal? Is it even worth it? I don’t think so.

I’d much prefer to apply the marketing skills we teach to build a legitimate home based business you can be proud of. Something simple from home, that sells a product of value which you get at wholesale and market at retail to a targeted market. The good ole fashioned way of business. Why risk it? You have the whole globe to market too now with the internet and it’s not hard…

Other Expert Marketers tell me that Cash Gifting is still the concept that people are choosing far and away more often than ANY other cash generating model. And they’ve effectively removed ALL THE HYPE from their review sites.

And they STILL JOIN.

People say they’re fortunate enough to use the cash gifts partly to make their own donations to charities and groups they support, in turn, they keep giving as a matter of choice.

Many people are negative about ANY type of “make money from home” endeavors and they believe even selling chocolates at school are “scams”… “How DARE they force little defenseless children to peddle OBSCENELY over priced chocolate bars to other underaged victims without disclosure!!?? EVERYONE knows you can go to Walmart or even Mexico and buy real chocolate at drastically lower prices!! Selling chocolate bars is a SCAM!!! All the kids do it for is the rewards they get for selling! SCAM!!!

Why are people so negative about free enterprise? Can’t they see their “system” is broken and it’s been uncovered as a total sham! Economic slavery. Well, we must not forget that in ANY era where slavery was practiced… there was always a segment of slaves… that were actually “OK” being slaves and didn’t mind it at all…

It’s mainly due to their own skepticism about the true intentions of entrepreneurs. But you know, at the end of the day, that skepticism is THEIR issue, not mine. There is enough negativity in the world already. Corporate working environments have done enough to screw up what last piece of trust there was with their work forces. And politicians have screwed up and corrupted the public discourse so badly through time that people have developed a healthy (or unhealthy) amount of natural skepticism to everything anyway.

The part that is really unfortunate though, is how much some people lean towards the negative and actually beg for “big brother” to come “save them” and “protect” them from any and all kinds of risk… it’s unbelievable to me how fast people are to dump their own liberty and freedom, in exchange for some governement “protection” that is only there to keep them barely above financial water or BROKE and dependent on systems that EVERYONE KNOWS don’t work…

Like crabs in a bucket… when they see some people using different concepts to try to “get out of the bucket”… if those ideas or concepts are different or misunderstood… the rest of the “crabs in the bucket” simply attempt to reach and pull the others down, all the while, thinking they are “protecting” them…

It’s laughable really… some people get so passionate about stopping the success of others. If they only put in about one third of that energy into actually learning the skills it takes to succeed in life and get ahead… they’d be in a totally different “mind space”… and they wouldn’t need to be so negative.

The bottom line is this many times:

There are MANY people who are TOTALLY threatened by the success of Home Business Marketing on the Internet. Period.

And they have no other recourse but to use scare tactics or to question the morality and ethics of home business marketers…

But I always ask this question:

How is that more ethical?

KNOWING you’re going to be broke for 50 years while working for an oppressive corporation or a hypocritical governement and then KNOWING you’re going to retire even more broke and worries… and KNOWING you’ll die stressed out, sick and in POVERTY… how much more ethical is it to peddle that “system” to young people? We KNOW how that system works. It doesn’t. So why don’t they just mind their business?

It’s a joke.

And the real public (searching for ways to generate cash from home) knows this. And you know they know this too… it’s only that before home based business, network marketing and yes, even cash gifting, there was really no other competing concept that was sufficiently different to test against…

Cash gifting itself is a joke. It is mostly a telephone marketing gig. Fairly illegitimate. NOBODY does phone marketing well enough to succeed. No automation in the explanation process, so nobody without a lot of experience could explain the cash gifting concept well enough to others and if they could… it was not duplicable. I would NOT recommend risking the potential downside risks of cash gifting or taking on and dealing with the stigma.

And most of the gifting activities themselves, were improperly structured with weird pay plans, matrixes or flat out illegal pyramid structures as the base foundation… if you’re being taught to SOLICIT or MARKET or PROMOTE cash gifting… you may find yourself in hot water…

But there are other legitimate options for people who want to learn how to use the internet to make honest money and build a real business.

Automation is working to help normal people properly explain their business concepts, products and services via websites, videos, audios and communication systems that are global.

And start up investment levels are low enough that ANYONE who chooses to participate in this revolutionary and simple concept can do so… as low as $100! ANYONE serious about changing and improving the lives of others, including their own financial situation, can come up with $100… period.

Don’t blame cash gifting… don’t blame cash gifters… it’s just another idea, no matter what you think about it…

It’s just a model born from people trying to figure out how to make some extra money from home by banding together with others. Even though I don’t recommend it… I don’t bash it. I simply refer people to more legitimate, simple and ethical ways to build their own home based business…

STOP AND THINK…

You’ve just read REAL factual data concerning why the market is shifting. Instead of fighting it with negativity, you should be working to FIX THE REAL CAUSE of your dilemma and stop ripping people off… make your system convert better… train your people better… help them actually make money for a change and stop all the emotional brainwashing and arrogant focus on your “products” or “leaders”…

People don’t really care about that… until they make some money. That’s the main reason they found you anyway…
