Tuesday, 2:45 P.M. Southern California, Reality Check, USA

Hello, Franco here. You made a great decision in accessing this report and review about the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful surrounding the little known concept called Cash Gifting.

We both don't have ANY time to waste, so let's just get right into it... You want real information on how to generate cash from home using the internet. And you're looking for real information about cash gifting.

I've been helping people learn how to do this for over 8 years full time and have built a specific training platform that is free to use for you and anyone you may want to get trained, but right now you want to learn the truth about Cash Gifting. Cash gifting has been a popular concept online this year and for good reason...

There is an open FLOOD of people that are jumping all over cash gifting programs right now.

Many of these people don't have ANY clue about what cash gifting really is, and most importantly, they don't fully understand what cash gifting is NOT.But lets start with a little bit about what WE are all about first...

Every Concept And Every Team Must Be Lead By A Primary Philosophy Or Idea. Ours Is Based On This Simple Concept...

We Begin Our Cash Gifting Report & Video Review Here...

There are a couple different personality types that we run into. This video identifies some of them and how we can help them...

The "bad" part of ANY online based opportunity is that there is a lot of mis-information out there. Much of it is HYPE or the opposite, Scare Tactics designed to persuade you that only THEIR model is good and all others are to be avoided...

And that is the part that usually gets ignorant, inexperienced people in trouble. But the critical point here to understand is that YOU can LOSE OUT BIG TIME by not knowing the facts from the myths and by jumping into some gifting program with some "hot shot" youngster who's been hustling other online "biz ops" and doesn't truly understand the IMPORTANT differences of Cash Gifting.

You see, many people think Cash Gifting is like all the other "Business Opportunities" out there and they don't fully understand what Cash Gifting, or Cash Leveraging really is, how it truly works and/or the legalities involved. This review you're reading is part of many weeks of research that was conducted into the growing, often misunderstood, phenomemon called Cash Gifting and the different Cash Gifting Systems or Activities available.

Our research includes information gathered by speaking to numerous participants in some of the most popular cash gifting systems which have been in operation for a number of years. You're about to learn some of the shocking details our research uncovered as we dug deep into the myths, lies and real facts about Cash Gifting.

Before we get into the cash gifting review details and uncover the facts our probing unearthed, I want to just take a few seconds to give you a brief look at who I am and also about my background so you get a sense of where I'm coming from...

For a little over 8 years I've experimented, studied and built  some of the best home-based opportunities that have been available. Sounds great right?

Well, the honest truth is that I've been involved in this whole "make money from home" industry for a total of over 15 years. And for the first 9 of those, I struggled to build a lot of programs, businesses and MLMs that failed miserably... so I've learned about both what to look for in programs that work, as well as what to identify in programs and systems that are doomed to failure.

And that's good for you because you can use my experience to help save you a lot of time and money.

Through all this time, and especially during the past 8 years, my endeavors have proved to be very fruitful. I've been fortunate enough to leverage technology and simple systems to help my teammates generate over $100,000 in a single months on several occasions and I've been helping my teamates generate significant cash flow including some in our chosen programs who have created healthy six-figure cash flow consistently from home.

I've been involved in almost every kind of "home money making" idea that exists including MLM, Network Marketing, Stock Trading Programs, Real Estate Clubs, Notes Brokering, Auto Surfing programs, Direct Sales and affiliate marketing.

I've seen successes and failures in many different opportunities and I guess I've tried them all and still do test promising concepts because of my own stubborn nature...

I don't believe ANY of the hype (negative or positive)... and I like to do things myself to see how well they work, how efficient they run and how duplicable they are for others. And through all that experience, I've been able to fine tune my systems to be very successful and I now assist others to duplicate what I've done and succeed in this crazy "make money from home" arena.

Why Did This Report Get Written and Published on the Web?

The main reason is quite frankly because
someone HAD to write it.

As a successful and experienced person in this industry, I frankly became quite uncomfortable with all the HYPE and BS that is flying around, both positive and negative. You, as a new potential colleague are getting absolutely HAMMERED with over-hyped up positive "spin" and just as much over exagerated negative propaganda by people desperate to make money in competing systems, models or niche industries...

It's gotten so bad, you can't even make out what's hype from real anymore... and most is pure, distilled HYPE & Propaganda...

So the main objective of this report was to give you what I see as the real information and cross analysis about Cash Gifting. I wanted to report the truth and facts as well as make you aware of some of the myths, misunderstandings and overt lies that are flying around the internet about this specific model and these activities.

So anyway, at the end of my report, you're going to find a review of some of the top Cash Gifting systems I found through my digging and traveling around the internet. I'll explain what I found to be the positive things and also the negative things associated with every system.

But before getting into specific cash gifting system reviews, let's just quickly go over some of the fundamentals in case you're really new to this cash gifting concept and not exposed yet to these basics to see if Cash Gifting is even for you, or not. Because the VERY first thing to understand about Cash Gifting in general, is that it is NOT for everyone! It never has been and never, ever will be, for everyone.

It's sad that most people don't do any research before they get started in cash gifting systems, and that leads to them ending up wasting SIGNIFICANT time & effort through the experience, so I respect that you're taking the time to get some facts about this fast growing, worldwide concept.

It's also certainly fair that you may be skeptical about these things you read on the internet, I know I always am. You see, Cash Gifting really does fit into that "If it's too good to be true" category, right? It clearly seems, at first glance, like so many other "Get-Rich-Quick" presentations.

So, it's pretty important at this point to just simply keep an open mind and study this for yourself. If this information helps you, because that's my main objective here... simply to research and pass on the information I've found, so that it can be used by you and others to come to their own decisions without the fluff, hype or false promises you may have already been exposed to by others out there that really have no desire to help and support you once you send your money to them.

So, What The Heck Is "Cash Gifting," Anyway?

By definition, Cash Gifting (also known as Cash Leveraging) is the activity of privately or publicly giving another entity or person an identified sum of cash, strictly as a cash gift, and giving it completely free of any coersion or consideration of any kind.

And that is PRECISELY where many people goof up! Look around the internet and you'll find "Quid-Pro-Quo" dealing and the basic "butchering" of the pure GIFTING concept. Desperate online "biz-op hustlers" come into cash gifting, assuming they can just do the same type of "dealing" to try to get people to join them and they don't understand, or completely don't care, that doing so
completely illegitimizes the concept of "cash gifting" and turns it into basically peddling and soliciting NOTHING... and that's a problem... a problem that can potentially get you into hot water whether you know it or not.

That's exactly why people in other more traditional "home businesses" cry foul and accuse "cash gifters" of being insincere in their  cash gifting activities, and I totally agree with them.

The principle of "Gifting" has been seen as an effective model for generating and spreading economic prosperity very quickly for many people who engage in it. Understanding that the concept of gifting has helped numerous thousands of people prosper in all parts of the world, it's also been an endeavor or activity that has been blemished through the years by various "scams" and "get-rich-quick" pyramid and ponzi schemes.

At the fundamental core of Cash Gifting is a basic principle that is too often overlooked and confused with people's cynical sense of greed and lust for money in any regard. However, the true principle is quite simple:

"To help others improve their lifestyles through the simple act of giving freely. In essence, it's all about people using the concept of cash gifting to take back control of their financial independence and helping themselves by helping and giving to others."

With people of integrity and high character it truly is all about sharing a model that can and has been used for thousands of years for people to empower other people and band together to elevate their financial well being. It's been about freedom and helping others as a principle, for a long time.

In many countries the custom of giving cash to others at weddings, celebrations, achievements and for assistance has been well known and documented for hundreds of years. Churches, civic groups and people from around the world have participated in organized gifting for centuries.

"Cash Gifting" as a prosperity and wealth building concept was really "born" in the early 1970's when one single, elderly lady took action on a bright idea. Hearing about a family in her church that was about to lose their home due to extreme financial hardship, she decided to take action and do something creative to assist them. She thought "outside of the box" and took firm, decisive action.

Being from the bible belt and having witnessed more than a few traditional "barn raisings", where a whole town would combine to help a family in hardship by giving of their resources and assets, she decided to persuade members of her church to give "Cash Gifts" to help out the family in desperate circumstances.

With the help of Cash Gifting, that family's emergency ended. They had enough money to save their family home. They also received several employment opportunities and other assistance from members of the church, all because of the group decision and model of "selfless giving" without any expectation of return (Cash Gifting).

But With Anything Good, Soon Enough the "Scam Artists" Arrive...

This same concept worked well enough that even the "Greedy Ponzi Schemers" of the 1970's took full advantage of this prosperity building principle. These con artists gave the Federal Trade Commission excellent reason to warn people away from the "Pyramid Ponzi Schemes" that became very popular.

Through the years, there have been numerous personal opinions and thoughts as to the legality, legitimacy and even morality of Cash Gifting as an honest means of creating cash and helping others. This report was NOT written to debate this heated issue. This report is designed to share the information as best we can and my personal opinion based on the facts we've uncovered.

In the 1990's "Cash Gifting" became very popular again as a concept and was aggressively embraced by more church and private groups than ever before in it's entire history. With the advent of the internet, and the massive, free access to instantly communicate all around the world, the popularity of working from home, and of "Cash Gifting" EXPLODED...

Cash Gifting does NOT involve network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), or a business, or any commercial activity. In legitimate and true cash gifting, there are technically no business transactions, investments or securities involved what so ever. It is strictly a private activity between a giver, and a receiver of a cash gift.

There is no company name or business location and there are no managers, owners, officers or shareholders... not even principles. Individuals simply assist each other and help improve the lives of others.

A "Cash GIft" is what it's called because that's exactly what it is... a gift of cash.

It really should not be surprising that the giving and receiving of cash gifts can create significant changes in a family's financial situation and life, and despite some common misunderstandings and miscommunications about Cash Gifting, as a concept, it still remains one of the most popular models for financial prosperity around the globe.

Experts in the home-based opportunity industry have stated that Cash Gifting programs account for potentially 60% of all money generated in the home-based opportunity industry.

Now, personally, I don't know truly how accurate that is, but Cash Gifting is extremely popular right now.

Is The Concept of Cash Gifting Legal and Legitimate?

This was my number one question when I was first learning and researching about Cash Gifting. It's the main question that pops up in the minds of most people as they ponder and consider Cash Gifting as a viable concept for improving their financial situations, after all, I have absolutely no interest in getting involved in any illegal type of eneavors, and I'm sure you don't either, so here is the information I found out:

In studying this activity it's important to keep in mind that there is no textbook or manual available that explains exactly what is legal in our society... we only have legal codes that tell us what is NOT legal.

If you do your own study online or offline, you're going to see that there is really nothing saying that cash gifting is illegal. Most often, it's people expressing their personal opinions, and not facts. Usually the people who are the "loudest" in their "official" sounding personal opinions about cash gifting are also people who are involved in a competing model, so you really have to learn to dig a bit deeper and get past people's hidden agendas and biases.

So far, no one individual has been able to show me the law that clearly explains that giving a cash gift is illegal, especially if it's not been outright solicited, or with some "quid-pro-quo" deal or consideration as part of the "arrangement" (strings attached) such as a guarantee or receiving cash discount in return, etc...

In fact, I learned that citizens in both the U.S. and Canada have a protected Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets. It's a constitutionally protected right, and not a grey area privilege that can be taken away.

In the United States we have the Constitution (including the Preamble) and the Bill of Rights to protect our private, and free citizen's rights to earn, own and give away property and any assets, including cash as long as it's done according to the laws and codes of the nation. The U.S. gifting regulations are found in the Internal Revenue Service's Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

Currently, as I write this special report, the law states that an individual or entity can give a cash gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has supposedly already been paid.

However, prudence should rule... and even though gifts don't have to be included in the gross income of the recipient's tax return, it's probably a good idea to pay taxes on any and all cash gifts you receive from anyone not related to you. At the bare minimum, people should be declaring all gifts received and keep accurate records and file all Gift Statements received and forward to your tax preparer or accountant.

That is just good common sense. Realize that this is a topic you should take up with competent tax counsel and it is NOT the intention in this report to give any tax advice whatsoever.

Our study also found that most well organized, properly structured Cash Gifting programs require each participant to use some form of a Gifting Statement and Non-Solicitation form, which when signed, is a binding contract and agreement between two private individuals or entities.

The bottomline of cash gifting is:

ONE Free Consenting Adult is CHOOSING, of their own free will, and without coersion, to send a gift of cash to another Free, Consenting Adult or more than one Adults.

They also confirm and verify the gift with a properly executed Gifting Statement, which is a binding agreement between the individuals involved.

Forms such as these are used to help ensure the sustainability, legitimacy and legality of a properly structured gift.

So giving a gift of cash or other assets to someone, be it a friend, stranger or family member is legal according to the Internal Revenue Code, and also to common sense.

Personal opinions tainted with aggressive and often, not so hidden, competing agendas, should be taken with a grain of salt and in context. Again, there's no specific national law that we've found to say that cash gifting is illegal.

But Is Cash Gifting Ethical and Moral?

Good people of high integrity and respectable character will always shine positive light on any concept where they ban together to help others. And the opposite is also true... low quality people with no integrity and questionable character and intentions will always cast a shadow of darkness in any activity or endeavor whether it's ethical or not.

That is precisely why I choose to associate with good quality people and will disassociate with people of questionable character as soon as they are identified. Good people use Cash Gifting activities in ethical and moral ways.

Having covered that, it's very important to note that not all cash gifting programs may be legal in their structure. There surely are some improperly structured cash gifting programs.

Unfortunately, there are still some "old school" Cash Gifting programs out, most of them being conducted "offline" that weren't properly structured to begin with in order to sustain their efforts for any long term length of time, and some still use an illegal pyramid, or ponzi type of structure.

Some people engage in gifting activities where they must "rise" to some rank in a complex matrix or cycling structure that is an improperly structured gifting model. Usually only a few people "at the top" of these activities are the ONLY ones who receive anything at all. These are scams.

This is the typical example of where people today, who hold some negative opinions about cash gifting, are confusing realities of the past with some of the properly structured activities of today.

In the past, many shady programs with improperly structured systems were rightfully closed by federal authorities because they were set up exactly like the classic "ponzi" type of money schemes which always had a "widening base" and included weird "cycling" patterns and "ranks" to attain before you were allowed to receive a gift.

In essence, people had to invite many people into these scams in order to climb in rank and the actual gifts were never going privately between the giver and the receiver of the gift. Rather, the gift would be sent to some "authoritative body" or the classic "fat cat" at the top of the pay structure, who would then determine who received it. These types of structures were and are, totally improper and it's what gave "cash gifting" a bad reputation.

In current years, however, with the popularity of the "1UP", direct model, or structure, gifting programs have taken a completely different direction. More and more people are benefitting because with properly structured cash gifting programs, the actual gifting takes place directly between two individuals and the cash gift goes untouched between the giver and the receiver of the gift without any other intermediary being involved.

The internet systems are used purely as instruments used to help people properly explain the cash gifting concept and activity to their invitees. The use of replicated websites that properly explain the cash gifting activity has helped drastically reduce the mistakes, over-exagerations and "quid-pro-quo" or, special "dealing" that some of the past gifting programs could not prevent in the people who joined.

These days, cash gifting programs that are properly structured contain no complicated "rankings" or "cycling" models. There are no more complex "matrixes" to have to fill up and "big guru" at the top of the structure to control who gets what gift.

The classic "ponzi" style pyramid schemes of the past were created in ways where those few founders at the top of the model ALWAYS profitted more than the people at the bottom, who very rarely reached any ranking positions and ended up losing money.

And this of course, always introduces another classic question:

Cash Gifting. Pyramid Scheme? Or NOT A Pyramid Scheme?

In a legally and properly constructed cash gifting program that uses a direct model there is no pyramid at all present. By definition, it can not be a pyramid, since there is only one level. Each person invites another person to review the cash gifting structure. If that invited person finds the concept agreeable and decides to gift the host, the gift goes directly from the giver, to the receiver with the proper Gifting Statement documentation.

Nobody else is involved in the actual cash gift. That is exactly why these are properly structured cash gifting activities. The fact that the private membership uses a shared communication system such as websites, recorded calls etc... is independent of the actual gifting. Website hosting fees and modest fees to help pay for the communication and tracking system is separate and apart from the actual gifting that takes place between the individuals.

Another interesting fact to take note of is that in "ponzi schemes" and "pyramid scams" there is most always a connection to a business or some commercial concern or company. Gifting programs are considered Private Sharing Activities, and not companies or businesses.

There are no sales requirements in cash gifting. There are no products that need to be sold and there are no rankings, or positions that need to be attained or sold. There is never an ever widening foundation to the model as in other more traditional Multi-Level Marketing programs and illegal pyramid schemes.

In the classic ponzi-style money game, only the few at the top of the model get the vast majority of the profits, as those new member's money is used to pay the "big gurus" at the top. The people at the bottom seldom ever reach the positions where they make significant money. Illegal ponzi and pyramidal scams should not however, be confused with legal Multi-Level Marketing and Network Marketing structures.

Network Marketing structures are being currently used by a vast array of professionally managed companies and dozens of major corporations around the world. Having said that, this type of structure includes the need to study sales, and the skills to properly recruit retail customers, and business partners and sell products and services.

Most people looking for ways to generate cash flow from home using the internet are NOT professional sales people and are NOT really interested in "selling" products. They simply are looking for leveraged ways that work to generate cash flow. Cash Gifting programs continue to provide people with a legitimate and simple way to generate cash flow.

How is it that you can give to a person you don't know?

This questions is asked often, but when people consider how many different times they have freely given to numerous charities such as the Boys and Girls Clubs, Habitat for Humanity, their local churches and even to friends and relatives to help close real estate transactions, most people quickly come to understand that gifting is a very real and legitimate activity that millions of people already engage in.

Cash Gifting programs just allow people to use that powerful concept to help enrich each other and not only the more professional gifting activities we tend to call "Charities".

The benefit I've found in cash gifting activities is that when I give to other charitable organizations I'm truly giving to strangers I most likely will never really meet. In giving between members in cash gifting programs, I've often met and built great personal relationships with families from all over the world.

It's just a different paradaigm but when people of high integrity and character get together to spread constructive activities with like-minded people, cash gifting shows up as a powerful force for good in a world where the traditional models past generations in our society have trusted and put their faith in, continue to crumble and fail to deliver the promises made in the past.

Of course, the other side of the coin is that when diabolical, and low integrity people get involved in cash gifting, others can and are hurt. But bad people shed darkness and negativity in any part of society including Corporations (Enron, Junk Bonds, Savings & Loans) and real estate scams, politics (scandals, corruption) and every other section of any industrialized economy across the globe.

There are many REAL scammers right now running to the government for YOU to bail them out with tax dollars...

Cash Gifting COMPLETELY puts financial power into the hands of the people. Normal, Everday People from ALL walks of life can share this simple concept to generate cash.

What we've discovered is the importance of finding and associating with genuine people of high integrity and character that truly are interested in helping others. This leads to positive team dynamics, and creation and building of mutually rewarding friendships.

Aren't all Cash Gifting Systems Basically The Same As Other Home-Based "Businesses"?
